The Greeterless Greet (patent pending) is our revolutionary customer pickup process and is the corner stone of our branded service platform. The Greeterless Greet is our complementary "worry free" customer pick up procedure:

• One to 2 day's before your travel, we remind you of your reservation via a text message or email. With National Black Car you will never be standing in the airport waiting for a vehicle to be assigned!
• On the day of travel our dispatch software will auto-send text or email messages to your cell phone containing Chauffeurs contact information. NOW you can call your Chauffeur directly when you are ready for pickup - no more being put on hold by an uncaring operator.
• Customers with residential or office pickups, will be notified when their limo is en route and when their limousine is on location via the same notification process used for our Greeterless Greet airport Limo pickup process. With National Black Car, we take the stress out of chauffeured limo transportation by letting you know when you Limousine or Black Car Sedan is on its way.
• Greeterless Greet for airport pickup service allows the traveler to deal directly with the assigned chauffeur via active text messaging and direct cell phone communication upon arriving at the airport and reduces the time the traveler spends in the elements locating the vehicle (as much as 1 hour). The Greeterless Greet improves overall customer satisfaction. The Greeterless Greet is our complementary "worry free" customer pick up procedure.

Please follow the following steps when you land at your
destination airport:

1. Turn on your cell phone
2. Locate your bags/luggage
3. Call your Chauffeur with the information found in the
   text/email message sent to your phone
4. Enjoy your trip with National Black Car

Other Greeting Options:

• Multi-Load Greets is a process where a site coordinator assists in loading the right customers into the right vehicles. This process is suggested for large scale airport return movements as it affords the customer yet another way to control expenses by using our Multi-load service option. Fee's may apply.
• Individual Chauffeur Greets are the highest level of service offered and is regulated by individual airport restrictions. Typically the Chauffeur will meet the traveler at a key egress point from the terminal or baggage claim with an identifying sign (customers name, company name or other). This traditional approach to meeting the traveler also affords with luggage assistance. Fee's do apply.
