• 1-2 day's before your time of travel, we remind you of your reservation via a text message or e-mail. With National Black Car you will never be standing at Midway and/or O'Hare airport, waiting for a limousine!
• On your day of travel, our dispatch software will instantly send a text or e-mail message to your cell phone containing your Limousine Chauffeur's contact information. NOW you can call your Chauffeur directly when you are ready for pickup in Chicago- being put on hold by an indifferent operator at a limousine company will not happen with us!
• Customers with office pickups or pickups from home, in Chicago, will be notified when their limousine is on its way and when their limousine is on location via the same notification process used for our Greeterless Greet airport limousine pickup process. With National Black Car, we take the complications out of chauffeured limo transportation by letting you know exactly when your Limousine or Black Car Sedan is on its way.
• Greeterless Greet for airport pickup service allows the limousine rider to deal directly with the assigned chauffeur via active text messaging and direct cell phone communication upon arriving at the Midway/O'Hare airport and reduces the amount of time the traveler spends outside locating the vehicle (as much as 1 hour). The Greeterless Greet improves overall customer enjoyment and is our complementary "worry free" customer pick up procedure.

Please follow the following steps when you land at
Midway or O'Hare airport:

1. Turn on your own cell phone.
2. Locate your baggage/luggage at the airport.
3. Call your Limo Chauffeur with the service information found in the
   text/e-mail message sent to your cell phone.
4. Enjoy your limousine ride with National Black Car limousine transportation.

Other Greeting Options:

• Multi-Load Greets is a procedure that's recommended for large scale airport return movements because it provides the customer yet another way to manage their expenses by using National Black Car's Multi-Load limousine service option. Multi-Load Greets are a procedure where the airport site coordinator, in Chicago, assists in loading the appropriate customers into the appropriate limousines. Fee's may apply.
• Individual Chauffeur Greets is where the Limousine Chauffeur will meet the traveler at a key progress point from the airport terminal or baggage claim with an recognizable sign (company name, customers name, or whatever you request). This traditional way of meeting the traveler also affords with airport luggage assistance. Fee's do apply. Individual Chauffeur Greets are the highest level of service offered and is regulated by individual Midway and O'Hare airport restrictions.
