• Multi-load Limousine Rides - Similar to shared rides, this corporate or group product allows dispatch to combine reservations from your airport return transfer manifest to either O'Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW). This service is priced per sedan/limo/van/bus with the most appropriate vehicle being selected based on timing and number of travelers. On Site personnel will help coordinate the Chicago Airport Limo return process. Multi-load limousine service is the best value in Chauffeured services for large scale corporate or group activities.

Platinum Limo/Limousine service is afforded to corporate accounts with annual revenues in excess of $500,000. Dedicated Account Manager(s) will be assigned to a Platinum Limo/Limousine account.

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for customer service, manifest reservation assistance as well as quality assurance and dispatching of your perfect sedan, limo or other chauffeured driven vehicle.

The institution of the account manager concept is designed to provide a "boutique" feel to our most valuable accounts. The account manager will be intimately involved in all aspects of the platinum accounts travel plans.

VEHICLE RELIABLITY

National Black Car will be operating sedan and limousine services in the top 25 airport markets by December 31st, 2010. Sedan and Limousine reservations will be dispatched the day before travel to the assigned chauffeur and a text or e-mail message will be sent to the traveler with the chauffeurs direct contact information. Same Day reservations will be managed by your dedicated account manager for corporate accounts or the next available phone operator/dispatcher for retail business. Again, text or e-mail messages will be sent to the traveler with the chauffeurs direct contact information.

Airport arrivals will be monitored via Flightview and upon landing a second text or e-mail will be sent to the traveler to confirm the assigned chauffeur and their contact information.

The combination of these efforts will provide a high certainty of success that each and every reservation will be serviced ON Time.

CUSTOMER GREET OPTIONS

• Greeterless Greet service allows the traveler to deal directly with the assigned chauffeur via active text messaging and direct cell phone communication upon arriving at the airport and reduces the time the traveler spends in the elements locating the vehicle (as much as 1 hour). The Greeterless Greet improves overall customer satisfaction.
• Multi-load Greets is a process where a site coordinator assists in loading the right customers into the right vehicles. This process is suggested for large scale airport return movements as it affords the customer yet another way to control expenses by using our Multi-load service option. Fee's may apply.
• Individual Greets are the highest level of service offered and is regulated by individual airport restrictions. Typically the greeter will meet the traveler at a key egress point from the terminal or baggage claim with an identifying sign (customers name, company name or other). This traditional approach to meeting the traveler also affords with luggage assistance. Fee's do apply.
• On Location Greets employ text or e-mail messages sent to the travelers cell phone and greatly improve the non-airport pickups. No longer does the traveler have to keep checking to see if the car is there and no longer is a receptionist inconvenience with a request to find the traveler.

National Black Car offers a paperless vouchers system where customers sign the chauffeurs PDA confirming the trip and a receipt is generated right from the vehicle. The electronic signature is captured and appears on the invoices or credit card slips. Invoicing can be done entirely electronically and the customers can view their invoices through the web client. The billing system is multi dimensional and can be configured to accommodate more requests.
