National Black Car’s zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and/or substance use is strictly enforced by all members of our company. If the chauffeur feels any traveler is in violation of this policy, you will be immediately notified and the limousine will NOT move until you or the responsible parent comes to pick up their child.
